There are 4 places to serve customers but only one is open, so there are always very long queues all the time.
The self-service tills have been down for 3 years.
Avoid them.

I cannot understand why only two members of staff are serving at 4.30 pm and it took 30 minutes to serve 9 people. By the time I left the queue was out the door and people had walked out as they couldnt wait. The self service is still not available and in general there is no sense of urgency or customer service. It is very slow and it is not even Christmas post yet!
