Emma's classes are really enjoyable and very friendly; I always feel great after. She is an excellent teacher with a lot of experience and knowledge. There are often easier or more difficult options for holding poses to help suit all. Classes are on a pay as you go basis. Come along and try for yourself!

Emmas Yoga and Pilates classes are a real joy. They are run on a pay as you use basis which is great if like me you cant commit to going every week. Emma is welcoming and supportive and because she is a very good teacher, it doesnt matter if you are a complete beginner or quite experienced- she knows how to get the best out of you. I have mainly been to pilates but am recently trying yoga as well and find having Emma as a teacher for both is a huge advantage. The classes are fun and friendly and the exercises and equipment we use vary week by week. Highly recommended!

Emma is a very good Pilate/yoga teacher and I have found the classes very beneficial to my health and well being. So glad I chose Emma's class.

Emma is very warm and welcoming and her classes are great- she uses a variety of equipment and varies the exercises from week to week. I always feel taller and stronger after her sessions.
