Popped in this morning to see if I could get two pairs of sunglasses altered/fixed - the gentleman in there was super friendly and to my amazement sorted them both out for free! So kind and has definitely made me think twice about where to get my eyes tested in the future! Thank you!

Whilst visiting Petersfield broke my nose bridge. Called in with a broken nose bridge and didnt really expect what happened. Really well greeted and explained to the lady at the counter the issue. She said she would ask the optician who came down from the back of the shop took the broken specs and surprised when he said I have a box of spares Ill go and see if I can find a Silhouette bridge for you, I might not be able to help but Ill check for you. Never asking if I was a customer which I wasnt. Five minutes later he returned having found a bridge that he had attached and repaired my specs, checked they fitted me. I was amazed and very relieved. I thanked him and asked how much and was totally shocked when he said no charge I had it in a box of spares in the back. This was service not seen in many businesses today and I am very happy to recommend Petersfield Eyecare as a shop that reall does care about customers eyes. Thank you.
