Whilst I have had excellent service from Arnolds in the past, a recent surgical procedure has meant that I require new spectacles. The first appointment for an eye test that they were able to offer was in two months time. Whilst this is a clear indication of a successful business an existing customer in urgent need of a new new prescription is apparently expected to go elsewhere.

I was very disappointed by my experience. I understand there are COV-ID restrictions but I had no choice of frames. Frames were bought to me and all were old fashioned and very uninspiring yet as I left the opticians they had lovely frames but not one of the lovely colourful frames were offered.

I lost a contact lens on Sunday evening so first thing on Monday morning I rang the Petersfield branch to order a replacement . The call to tell me it had arrived and was ready for collection from the shop came at 11.am on Wednesday and within an hour I was wearing the lens. So things are working through these difficult times AND the lens was made in England too. What a result! What excellent service from everyone, thank you!.
