I went to see Louise as I was suffering with sciatica. I was in so much pain and struggling to sleep as a result of it. My husband had previously used Louise for sporting injuries and recommended her. During my first appointment Louise took the time to listen and offered a sympathetic ear. Her calm and patient approach was very welcomed and gave me hope. Through a mix of advice and treatments, after a few sessions my pain was manageable and I am now no longer in pain. The exercises she gives are tailored to your needs and Louise also runs through them with you first to ensure that you are doing them correctly. I would thoroughly recommend seeing Louise and can't thank her enough.

Following an MRI scan it was confirmed that I had degenerative disc disease. Whilst I felt reasonable during the day, at night my sleep was always disturbed by back pain. I was up every night and often walking around before dawn trying to alleviate that pain. I contacted Louise and commenced a series of visits to her physiotherapist clinic. Louise carefully assessed my condition and set out series of physical and mental exercises to help me recover. She was very professional in recording my condition during every visit to her, recommending additional and different exercises to help me. As a result, my back pain slowly disappeared, and my sleep is once more undisturbed.

Louise had helped me with post knee replacement therapy in 2014. Her approach was very positive and I was able to quickly get back to doing the everyday activities and more. In April 2022 I developed a shoulder problem that was extremely painful and anti inflammatory and painkillers were not the cure. I have been extremely pleased with the treatment received. Her quest to understand the cause and treat accordingly together with providing advise on ongoing prevention and strengthening have been invaluable. The treatment has included acupuncture (and Im a coward when it comes to needles) which I have become totally relaxed about having and the results of the mix of treatments has over a number of sessions been fantastic. Im 67 years old and active and want to remain so. Louise is a brilliant Physiotherapist, very knowledgeable and I would recommend her without any reservations.

Louise Hammond was recommended to me when I injured my shoulder. Louise put me at ease and quickly diagnosed the cause and the most effective treatment for me. Louise provided helpful exercises that I was able to do at home or at any time when the symptoms returned. After 4 physiotherapy sessions Louise had treated my shoulder and I have not looked back since. An experienced therapist who I would fully recommend.

Louise has helped me with different problems in the many months I have known her. Initially a damaged shoulder. Her professional, kind assessment and exercise programme resulted in my gaining a lot more movement. After falling a few times she gave me exercises and advice on improving my balance. An episode of very painful, debilitating sciatica she treated with massage, acupuncture and exercises. I am now relative pain free and walking normally. I would certainly recommend a visit to Louise for skeletal/muscular problems, you will not be disappointed.
