I saw a few estate agents before choosing Cubitt and West, Petersfield. The others seemed good but it was the authentic enthusiasm and appreciation for my home and the area that made the difference. I contemplated using a zero fee agent but am so glad I didnt because the road from agreement of sale to exchange was long and tenuous at times. I made many calls to the team for assurance, advice and support. They all knew about my house and cared. It wasnta big sale for them but that didnt make a difference. Each time was met with understanding and support. They did a lot of work behind the scenes liaising with solicitors and the other estate agents as well as my buyers. Without their support itll have been a nightmare, it was tense at times. Huge thanks to all the team. Thoroughly recommend the team and a special mention to Dean who is just brilliant. Thank you
