Due to a change in job roles, last year. I found myself needing to do the Brokers course, at a time when COVID restrictions were still in place. With colleagues having attended the course previously in person, I was a little nervous to see how the course would work via computer online learning. However, I need not have worried as the course was of the same high standard that I had been told about! We received the course information, with plenty of time to digest/print off. The session's were broken into well timed evening slots (of particular help to me as I was still working full time in the day). Andy the course leader, had a wealth of knowledge and also allowed plenty of time for other's to discuss their experiences. Which proved to be as equally informative. I have therefore, come away from the course with much more confidence, about the brokerage process. Also with the knowledge, that I can refer to my course folder/personal notes or equal contact the Association for further help. Since the course, I have gained a friendship with some of the other attendees and have been in the situation where we have been able to help each other since the course.

Always very useful to be able to share and discuss relevant industry matters with other professional brokers who value the ABYA membership. Looking forward to the next one
