        Please keep supporting Waterstones in Peef! Along with the rather excellent One Tree Books in Lavant St. (not forgetting the lovely 2nd-hand bookshop 'round the corner) it represents the independent spirit in an increasingly homogenised age. In spite of the fact that Waterstones is a large(ish) chain it retains an indie air. Plus the staff are well-read and very knowledgeable.
