1. The PM called in advance and adviced the planned start date and promised to call again nearer the time for confirmation, but he never did and the installer just turned up on the planned date while we still haven't cleared out our ensuite.
2. I changed my work from home day to let the decorator in but no turn up on the day. Later I found out the PM had changed his schedules without notifying us, he said he assumed we work from home full time and any day would just be convenient - unbelievable
3. One of our radiator was damaged hence a replacement was ordered (6 weeks lead time). When we rang to find out the progress, we found out the wrong one was ordered hence another 6 weeks delay. Meanwhile we reported an intimitent overflow problem but no one has ever come back to us. When a call was received re the installation of the replaced radiator (4 weeks after the last call to them), I queried why no one has responded to us re the overflow problem. The PM said he assumed someone delivered the radiator to us, we found out it was wrong, but while someone delivered it, our problem was fixed. This is the most wild assumption one can make.
So all in all, we would give our installer Neil 10/10, but the customer communications were very poor from PM.
