        The manager is attrocious. Arrogant, condescending and smugly self satisfied about how his banks procedures are completely justified even when it means the customer is massively inconvenienced. After 38 years of being a loyal customer of the Petersfield branch of Nat West I am now moving all my business and four accounts to Barclays. Best quote from the manager when trying to withdraw my money.... "It is not your money, it is the banks money." Unbelievable!!!!!
