        Shocking place reception staff rude and uninterested, medical staff not much better. Ive contacted your complaints department as youve suggested to discuss my concerns but apparently because of staff shortages this isnt going to be anytime soon.

        Missed appointments because there is no parking spaces avaliable. The receptionists don't care that vulnerable people can't get to the hospital

        Easter Sunday afternoon, ten people waiting, said it might be 3 hours wait. In and out in two hours having had injured finger cleaned sutured and dressed by very caring happy nurses. A credit to the NHS, it wasn't their fault it was so full.

        I was booked an emergency appointment through 111(was also very good) I had fantastic service From the first point of the receptionist to the Triage nurse and the paramedic Thank you for being so efficient

        Attended 0800 Saturday 4th February having detached my big toe nail. The reception & treatment that I received was excellent. I felt very comfortable, relaxed, instructions given were clear with kindness & caring First visit to the hospital & l came away feeling confident & cared for. Thank you all so much
