        Refuse garden and recycling collection a shambles. So many times collection never arrived

        Bins are never collected on time and today my bin lid is missing after collection and I am told I have to pay 44 pounds for a new one . This council needs new leadership asap

        I would like to have given no stars but that option isnt available. Appreciate that fly tipping isnt EHDC fault, but as the reporting system doesnt work, hopefully one of the overpaid monkeys would like to arrange collection of the rubbish thats been dumped along Blackmore Road? First lot is about a pick-up load on the left about half way along the second is about 200!yards further in the trees. Also looks like a builder has dumped roof batons about 200 yards down the green lane that runs along the side of Blackmore golf course. Another small van load.

        Absolutely terrible. Nobody knows how to use the new system and I am constantly told I will receive a call back but never hear. I have called 5 days in a row to discuss my parking permit but still no joy. Does anybody actually work in the Traffic and Parking Department?
