        My mum has just received the most amazing service from the NHS starting with Swan Surgery in Petersfield, the doctors, paramedic and reception/telephone staff. An ambulance was called which arrived within 15 minutes , straight into A&E at QA Hospital into a cubicle for x-rays, blood tests etc, then superb care on the ward until she was discharged today and I brought her home. Thank you NHS!

        How can a doctors surgery justify a 100 fine for parking when the patient is kept waiting for 45 minutes - and is not even told their car had to be registered at the reception area ? An absolutely disgusting thing to do and this will be going to national newspapers - really nasty and cruel thing to do to a sick person

        Outdated services, No e-consult or email for repeat prescription, you have to wait up to 10 days for your new prescription, all other surgeries use email, as it is a lot more proficient. The pharmacy next door is a shambles, only 2 in at a time, the ques are ridiculous.
