        Today was really hard. Not being able to hug each other. It was all helped by the fantastic Craig, Michael's son. He was truly fantastic. Thank you for making it as good as it was in this trying time!!!!!!

        I emailed 4 funeral directors on Saturday afternoon. 2 didn't bother to reply. 1 replied about 6 days later. And Mr Miller didn't just send an email back, he phoned me at 8.30 on Monday morning. So guess who got the business. And his quote was the cheapest. And he kept efficiently in touch through and after the funeral, did what I wanted, didn't try to make it olde-world-ey, didn't try to add in expensive extras. 100% satisfaction.
