M&S Simply Food

Bought a sausage bap, about 4am, Sunday 28th ( today) and asked for it to be heated. When I got out to the car to eat it, the top of the bap was rock hard and I couldn't eat it, and the rest of it wasn't much better. I thought about taking it back but I just wanted to get home. Was not impressed at all

Happen to stop over for loo on the way to seaside around 8am on 11/08/2020. There was this red-haired lady by the door who looked me up and down, head to toe as I come in to make my way to the loo. On my way out, she was still standing by the door where she was too close to me, and didnt bother to move to let me out. As she stopped me by saying: toilets are only for customers! With an angry tone! It made me feel so little of myself. And had to exlpain to her that we were customers who happend to go around and did take out from McDonalds. She asked me: so why didnt you go to their loo? I told her we did drive thru and changed my mind that I wanted loo so had to go around again. I contemplated for a day before writing this review but just had to get it out me. To the red-haired lady, hope youre happy making a person just needing a loo feel miserable and ruining my morning. Luckily seaside we went to was lovely so managed to balanced my mood for the rest of the day.
