        Staff are friendly and helpful but lately there's been the most unpleasant smell in the store. Otherwise a good local shop to stop in.

        Lady on the till very rude and unwilling to help, kept talking to me behind a pillar rather than to my face (04/05 13:30) My parcel tracking stated it had arrived at COOP, yet is wasnt here. I left and double checked my phone in my car. Walked back in to discuss with the lady who told me hes just dropped them off. I challenged her politely, stating it was odd that hes just delivered them if its said on the tracking they were delivered earlier that morning. She clarified theyre scanned internally. So basically even though I specifically stated they were in the building. She couldnt be bothered to find out if they were out the back! Not amused!

        The staff are generally more friendly & helpful at the Co - op than they are at the Tesco's shop up at P/field Railway Station (that is apart from Ann who works at the Tesco's branch who goes out of her way 2 B helpful in anyway that she canMany thanx 2 Ann at Tescos branch based at P/field Railway Station C H
