Tony was brilliant. He came round a number of times before the work began and was constantly in touch, informing us of when he would be able to start. His attention to detail and knowledge is second to none and we couldn't rate him and his team highly enough (big thanks to Steve and Liam) - we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Tony and his team (Swift Property services) recently completed a ground floor renovation (knocking down internal walls, building new internal stud wall, moving doorway, laying new flooring) and new kitchen fit for us. Tony and his team were an absolute delight to have in our home. They have an exceptional work ethic - on time every single day, so hard working, completed on time despite set backs out of their control, and are remarkably clean and tidy. The communication was faultless from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and we are so pleased with the finished result. We would not hesitate to recommend Swift property services to anybody.

New kitchen and dividing wall installed. Great team, worked hard, on time every day, solved problems when they arose, made experience as painless as possible. Would recommend.

Tony and his team did a brilliant job. My kitchen was extended, indoor load bearing wall knocked down, pocket doors fitted. Various unwanted doors bricked up and a window replaced with a door. Underfloor heating installed and kitchen and hall painted. Downlights fitted in the kitchen and hall. Radiators fitted. Thankyou tony for your hard non stop work. I would recommend tony and his team without hesitation.
