        Gill and Jason who run the store are the loveliest of people to deal with and who provide a really personal touch when working with you to find the ideal Frame Mount or Glass for your work of art or photograph. The range of products available is impressive, and turnaround is usually between 7-10 days however l have had quicker. Recommended.

        UPDATE: Thanks for the explanation below, I appreciate your time to look into this and hope her day got better. The lady serving was rude and dismissive which is unfortunate as we have five large limited edition prints we are looking to frame.

        The Frame Centre mounted and framed quite a lot of art for me at the end of last year, including some tricky floating mounts I wanted for a large piece that was 3.5m x 1m The advice and craftsmanship was very good. I hope they open soon as I now have more work during lock down that needs framing. I don't think TFC is the cheapest in the area but you get what you pay for and the value here is excellent as is the expertise.

        I have been in here twice now and I'm afraid on both occasions I have found the lady (same person but i don't know her name )serving both rude and abrupt and not very helpful so I will not be returning.
