I spent several days trying to contact these guys. The dont answer the phone and they dont respond to messages. What a way to run a business.

Fantastic service we were kept well informed throughout the process And the fitting team was brilliant and very polite Would definitely recommend them

Service seemed good, until they got paid. We've had an issue with our quartz bench tops and our emails and answering machine messages have been ignored. They were part of the package with our kitchen cabinet suppliers, but I would not recommend them!

When spending thousands their service was spot on, but unfortunately when we've come back for a second job that is only small its been dreadful. It began positive saying they could do it and they provided some good advice while visiting the showroom, which I will add we had to take time off work to visit. However, when we have tried to get back in touch to order and left numerous voicemails over weeks they have ignored all our contact. This is really poor customer service and will no longer be recommending them anymore.
