Charged for a carpet our bond with held but the carpet had to come up anyway for the vast repairs the property needed

I had a very good experience with them as a tenant. They responded fast to problems like once when the electrical system of the house shut down (very bad to live without electricity even just for one day). They sent someone the next day who fixed it. There also was no issue getting the deposit back (it also helped that I hadn't broken anything of course). So I would recommend them. Only thing is some neighbors robbed me, but that's not the fault of Sorella.

The help and support I have received from Sorella group is remarkable, especially Joanne I couldnt be more appreciative and thankful for the support I have been given and the continuous interaction with aiding and advising me throughout this whole crisis, I have only been under Sorellas management for just over a month as they took over the old management I was with from September and they have already made me feel valued as a tenant, always making sure they help you anyway that they can and have a way of making you feel prioritised. They are understanding, polite, empathetic and respectful making you feel comfortable and always give advice tailored to your situation, I honestly couldnt be more happy with Sorellas management, by far the best management Ive been with.
