Just found guilty of defrauding customers out of their money by not refunding and leaving work incomplete. 2 year suspended sentence and community service

Avoid! Left us with an unsafe roof that was dangerous and not water tight, had to be completely redone by another roofer, pulled boiler flue out of boiler and caused irreparable damage resulting in the boiler being condemned and putting my wife and children's lives at risk. The boiler has subsequently had to be replaced. Received threats from them. They also work with a guy called Alan Hardy (Able Roofing) do not trust either companies total Rogue Traders / Conmen.

Please do not use this company as theyre scammers. Work will never be done and youll be out of pocket after several excuses. About to apply to small claims court for my 3k back.

I contracted this guy in July 2020, to replace my roof. After an incredible list of excuses for delays, I eventually cancelled the contract in December, and he agreed to refund my money (over 3k) on 9th Jan 2021. I am still waiting in June 2021. I won a court case against him and sent the bailiffs round but apparently he doesn't live at this address (even though his van is parked outside). From what I hear he has done the same to many others in the area. Oh, he has also gone to the trouble of telling anyone that will listen that I somehow ripped him off.
