I always use this one even though it isn't my local post office. The staff are friendly and helpful and if you have a prepaid 2nd class envelope but want to upgrade to first class, they actually deduct the money that has already been prepaid, unlike Peterlee town centre, who charge you the full price. Will always use this post office

Horden 5 street post office is a joke 2 days running been closed supposedly because of the ATM machine being broken whats it got to do with the post office take all the money out of the machine so people can use the counter service

Service disgusting waited nearly 30 minutes to get served only 2 in front of me, I tried to explain to the old gentleman who was serving me I needed a receipt for the item I was posting, no joy was told to post it in box outside, he was trying to operate the computer for man in front of me and had several tries, after 20 minutes he must have cracked it, obviously no experience whatsoever, shall not return there again
