        Took a pre-paid letter for dispatch and after waiting respectfully to be invited to the counter by a woman who was too busy tidying her paper clips to acknowledge my presence, she claimed it was too thick despite me having measured it beforehand. She was very smug about it and clearly enjoys being unhelpful. The post office at Oakerside Drive accepted it without question. I'll stick to Hermes in future. No wonder the Post Office is going down the pan.
