Pharmacist guy in Peterlee today 15/4/23 has been brilliant sorting my husbands heart tablets out when 2 other pharmacies one of which we use all the time would not help us for routine prescription meds which we had forgotten to order , our fault entirely but a genuine mistake but no one was prepared to help apart from Asdas pharmacy ,,,, well done and many thanks ,,, professional and great service ,,,

Unbelievable service!!!! The man who served me was So unprofessional and very rudei traveled to this particular pharmacy because I couldnt get my prescription anywhere else, never again!!! He asked if I would like a quick description of how to use an inhaler I needed because it was rechargeable and sounded very complicated.so I said yes, to our disbelief he took the instructions from the box and tried to read them and put the inhaler together. After hed messed about with it and handled the mouthpiece he decided it must be broken so he went to get a new one, while he was out the back we managed to figure it out and got it working. But because he had touched the mouthpiece with his grubby hands i asked if I could take the new one as he had touched the other one as I found this so unhygienic, so after trying to explain this to him and that so many doses of the inhaler had been used as its a 30 day inhaler his behaviour started to change towards me, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

Called into the pharmacy this morning about 8:40 a.m. to ask for some cover testers and some cough medicine the ladies attitude behind the counter if that's what you could call her attitude stunk as bad as her breath
