My parcel was left at this Pharmacy
1) Closed for lunch on first visit - what customer service industry closes for lunch these days? A post office certainly doesn't
2) Refused to give the parcel to my wife on the second visit even though she had the barcode and has the same name and address as me
3) I had to wait for 10 minutes on the 3rd visit as the "only person who can scan a bar code" was "out"
They should not be accepting a contract with DPD if they cannot offer the appropriate customer service.
