Dropped car off at my home and collected it from the body shop where mylar was being repaired .very convenient

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or allow Your insurance company to contract these in. Utterly dreadful. My car was damaged unattended for which I have explained to this company several occasions. The car that hit admitted liability. It took this company 4 months to get my vehicle in for repairs at a respected garage , looking at there reviews and how they dealt With my car they clearly are not. The full repairs for which were agreed have not been carried out. Auxillis through out have treated me like the villain in this case, not The insurance paying customer. They sent an independent assessor out to my vehicle , 9 MONTHS after the incident for which now according to all parties its previous damage they wont repair. After me constantly ringing this company, taking 4 days off work to arrange vehicle drop offs and assessments, filed a complaint which has been dealt with shockingly. I am now seeking legal advice and via the insurance ombudsman as Im now left with a damaged car for which companies like these dont want to repair to save cost. Save yourself the stress and go with a better company.
