Usually have no issues with the William brown centre however this morning came to the practice after making an appointment for 11am last week. Then to be told my appointment is tomorrow. I know I definitely made it for Tuesday as Im working Wednesday so now I have to wait longer for my appointment!

It's 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon & I've been calling on & off since 12.30pm & all I get is a recording saying the surgery is now closed. Disgusting & such poor service.
