        They did not show up for house viewing on the 4th March 2023 which I waited 20mins and that caused delays on my next viewing The Person I booked the viewing over the phone was Ben. Also when I called they did not answer the phone. Quite unbelievable as I had travelled in from London

        Really worst service.Ben is not even not with his communication.When we moved in to the property, it was not even cleaned. After that he even did not pick the call or replied on email. It's really disappointing

        Did not show up for house viewing and did not answer the phone. Quite unbelievable as I had travelled miles and was told when I went to their office that the house had an offer 25% over asking price in easington. I cannot believe this is the case. I would not recommend this agent

        Really poor at responding to calls and left voicmails - as a seller I have little confidence makes me wonder how many missed viewing opportunities there are given they wont even return my calls
