        Ordered food and it never arrived, we phoned them to ask what was happening and was told they had been really busy, but we were not told it wasnt going to arrive at all.. first and last!!!!

        Order many times before never been any issue . Order food that was clearly not fresh made and uneatable it was a waste of food over 20. When calling the shop to ask for a discount for next order . Not asking for a replacement as we bin the food at this point. Asking for discount as guest of good will considering the food was wasted I was met with argumentative attitude and told its hard for him to communicate with the cook and everything is always fresh. I am sorry I wouldnt make a call or complaint unless I thought it was valid and this was a meal for 3 people wasted. in the end I said forget it I wont be ordering from you again. Shame really !!!
