        Wonderful gym, all the equipment and help you need, right on the East Durham Heritage Coast to so a lovely outlook top. The owner, Kenny is a good laugh too! My go to gym when visiting the parents in Horden. 5*

        Old school style gym with everything you need. Go back in time and it was formerly the training site of body building champion Mr junior British Isles. Good local gym. Staff nice and owner Kenny is a top man and great laugh.
