        Driver brilliant. Our oil is difficult to deliver as we need to access through our neighbours garden. He had no problems, was friendly and efficient.

        Said that I'd get a text the day before delivery - I did. Said that I'd get a call 1-hour before delivery - I did. Delivery driver was helpful and provided a good, quality service. 5/5 very happy with the service.

        The years roll by and still WCF Fuels NE continue to provide a reliable and excellent service. The drivers show and provide true customer focused service, Derek generally having been our top-notch driver over the years. That said, last delivery was brought by a very cheery Lewis. Notably hed found our hidden tank a sure example of good team working twixt colleagues. And of course, here in Hexham we have Elaine who ever remains a star invariably helpful, a calm sorter-out of things and always so cheery. Great team all round.
