I had a flying day booked with them that I got through a virgin experience day voucher. First they changed my original booked date from February to June and now they have cancelled on me altogether saying that they no longer take the vouchers.

A generous one star review, my son and daughter booked me a flight for my 60th birthday in June, sadly at the time of the flight they contacted to say it was cancelled due to a technical issue thats fine Safety First. But it wasnt a technical issue, it turned out they were short staffed as a pilot was having an operation. Why book it when the pilot was not available? Anyway two further attempts to book were both cancelled, but they did not have the decency to ring and say so, they merely waited until the evening before and sent a generic text message, knowing it was out of hours and no one could be spoken to. On all occasions, conditions were as good as they get so no weather excuses, purely double booking to get the money in. If you are silly enough to ignore advice and book a flight voucher get a written confirmation that if they cant fulfil their agreement they will issue a full refund, these have a policy of not refunding you. Dont let someone you know be disappointed by a very unprofessional outfit such as this.
