When you get to see a doctor or nurse practitioner at the practice they are great. They take their time and are friendly and helpful. However getting an appointment is becoming a joke. Even using online facilities we are waiting 3 weeks and just to see a nurse practitioner to discuss results of a recent bloodtest 4 weeks! Is this the longest waiting time in the UK?
