Terrible customer service from this company, promised call backs got none rang and asked whats happening with our order got told the rep is on holiday even though he told hes call us, the staff on the phone had no clue because the rep hasnt logged anything then were told wed get a callback Monday and nothing again. Almost 2 weeks to get nowhere. Called NISBETS and got the order next day. Go to NISBETS if you want professionalism.
