Great wedding venue

so me and another events company were booked to do a wedding here got there got set up not a problem was told collect next day before 10 in morning so drove there got there just after 8 doors locked reception wont answer the phone after 4 calls walked round the building trying every door and window locked no one there to let us in so sat out side in van for almost a hour phoning the venue to get in to collect our stuff so they could get set up for the next wedding but still no answer i had other bookings to deliver that day so could not sit arround waiting got to arround 10 phoned again 2 calls later finally some one answers the phone me : hello we will be about 40 mins can you make sure some one can open the door so we can get in to colect the stuff him : no you will have to wait untill 12 me: well no can do as i need the stuff for a wedding we were there at 8 to collect the stuff but no one would answer or let us in him: no you were not as i was in for 6 hahaha me: well check your cctv and i will send you my dash cam and phone call log and recorder him :haha dont be silly i dont need to do that then hung up on me so we get there no one still will not let us in to do our job so went to a member off staff can you unlock this door yes i will get some one down 30 mins later still no one rang them no answer walked into a door that was open that lead to the kitchen and asked a cook to open the door she said no then when we said we need it and we are not leaving untill we get im that room she got a bit rude then finaly opend the door with a temper and then stormed off so start getting stuff to put in the van a short angry large man walks in shouting hes mouth off thinking hes funny calling us liers and then said well i was here and you were not well my dash cam and phone and your cctv will say i was and you werent he then gets verry rude and angry towards me more im 7 month pregnant btw then we get our stuff and phone the other event company who we know verry well he said he cant make it will have to be monday collection for hes stuff now as he has other weddings and he was there at collection time and no one botherd to let him in so i let the short angry man know hes words were hahah a dont think so mate i will be dragging it all out side if hes not here before 12 to get it out so i responded is that a threat also if you were here to let us in at the correct time we would not be having this problem right now so he starts again with his rude mouth this point i lost my temper and gave him as good as he gave that sharp shut him up so the other events company then had to change plans arround make hes job a lot harder to rush 2 hours out hes way to collect hes stuff as he was going to get all hes stuff flung out side by some rude member off staff he could not face the music and vanished and left another lady there to sort out hes mess i will not be returning to this venue and i will be going to the verry top with a complaint absolute joke no comunication skills no good management foul mouth staff no point having a phone as all it dose is ring and absolute joke that no one can tell the time and venue its self is full off clutter and rude people that all seem to think there better than every one so do that to all the suppliers then you will be left with non then who will book your crummy venue no one
