        Very rude staff making a comment about me and thinking I can't hear even though we spent 40 quid, they didn't seem happy to do the food how I like it or even boil and egg easier to say no egg. Customer service severely lacking, and food borderline average for a cafe, only saving grace for them is their location. Being complacent with passing trade and neglecting customer service is not the way to go.
