Felt that both him and his manager were willing to listen with regards to what we wanted and welcomed ? :) my desire to negotiate.         The salesman Edwin Golightly at Bristol Street Motors Peterlee was not only professional but a very friendly guy Ed makes a great cup of coffee and I found the company to want Coustomers to have a great experience and I ended up with the car I wanted and Bristol Street Motors Peterlee gave me a good part exchange on my vehicle. I would recommend that anyone that would like a Hyundi car to call in and see Ed at Bristol Street Motors Peterlee you will be well looked after.Thank you Ed. Dennis

        Best customer service I've ever received. Ever. This is an edit to my old post, went back here to upgrade our car and Andy Nichols looked after us from start to finish. Excellent customer service, excellent people skills and an all round good bloke. He kept us up to date throughout the process and surprised us with a proper 'unveiling' which was a nice touch. Can't recommend this branch enough.
