        Called yesterday to bank a cheque, door locked I thought staff w ere just doing something for security. Staff member came to the door and said "closed" abruptly. I am now going to move my accounts after banking with the Halifax for 26 years. 3pm closing is ridiculous and bad attitude from staff.

        Only reason for 2 stars is the opening time Absolutely ridiculous the times Mon-Fri 9:30am-15:30pm No Saturday opening time and to close at only 15:30pm is pathetic What about people who work?
