        No customer service no way of contacting them. Ordered bathroom tiles and no delivery or support over a month. Total rip off. AVOID THEM AT COSTS! can't believe they still in business

        MJD Building & Decorating Ltd DO NOT USE VICTORIA PLUM - We placed an order for a right handed corner bath and lots of other various items - Upon ordering on the phone we asked for a right handed bath but a left one was sent back, no one told us it was made to order and are unable to return the bath even though they sent the wrong one out - Now we are stuck with a 1000.00 bath that we cannot use!!! Appalling customer service will not be using them again - Do not recommend!!!!!! Please don't waste your money - They cannot accept responsibility for their mistakes!

        Avoid at all costs theres no live customer service to resolve any issues. they sent me out 2 damaged baths with no feet that I also had to pay to get removed.

        Ordered a vanity unit and sink for a small bathroom. Only once fitted did we notice the sink is a different shade. Looks ridiculous but no help at all! Refused to do anything about it. Absolutely rubbish customer service. AVOID

        Such poor customer service!!!! I ordered a vanity unit it came damaged they sorted a replacement straight away i was impressed. I missed the redelivery and the card put through the door stated i had to email did that twice....no answer! Found a live chat and Toni said she can get redelivered in a week (not good enough) when i said this was unfair as i followed what the courier put on the card i would like to complain. She said they closed all telephone communications in 2020 and only live chat is available for everything including complaints! She simply stated that she rescheduled the delivery, she will take my comments on board and closed the chat before i could even say anything!! SO RUDE!!!! I have another order with them ready to be delivered next week i think i will cancel and go elsewhere with my money!
