        Hired a large van from this company today and I found them to be very professional and efficient from the first initial phone enquiry right to the front hire desk pick up and return. A very modern fleet - I was the first driver of my van and a secure compound to leave your own vehicle overnight if needed. Recommended.

        Have previously hired from them a couple of times and despite a huge amount of documents required for verification and approval, dealings were ok. For our summer trip booked a 9 seater and despite providing details of extra drivers and the required documents, booking was cancelled without a valid reason, four days before our trip nearly costing us a fortune as we would have to cancel our trip without a means to travel. They did not even consider that I had previous hiring from them and had no issues.Despite asking for a written confirmation of the cancellation, they havent provided one yet, instead cancelled over the phone. We luckily were able to book one through Enterprise. Easy booking, same drivers and all they required was licence detail. Global offer a cheaper quote but the booking process is horrible and absolutely no care in the world for the customer.

        Hired during covid, felt very safe. Van was newish, clean and tidy. All vehicle checks carried out with their app and emailed through instantly, welcome to the new normal.
