DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! READ IF YOUR CONSIDERING AS THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME! brought a car from here 4 months ago was told it recently had an MOT and all repairs had been carried out when I first went to see the car it had 2 bald front tyres which granted they replaced but since iv had the car i didn't realise but had no reverse lights which was a problem with a mechanism on the gear box which after several weeks of arguing they finally fixed but tried to charge me for it! If had to replace the pads and discs because when they apparently replaced them for the MOT they "obviously" "accidently" must have forgot that the discs needed replacing because the discs were absolutely knackered there wasn't 1 flat bit on them! The whole thing was tapered (bumpy) But I also mentioned to the garage that My car seemed abit low on the front, they told me not to worry it's fine, anyways iv had the car maximum 4 months now and my front tyres are going bald again. I went to a garage to have car checked out and have now found out that the reason my car is so low at the front is because the suspension has gone and it's set the tracking off so I'm now looking at having to pay out to have new suspension done, tracking and new tyres! Seriously people this garage is a joke and whenever you call them they fob you off saying they will call you back but never do... Or the person u need to speak to isnt in today blah blah if you do buy from here I recommend you go straight to a garage and have the car checked out that day because they have given me grief everytime I call saying it's not covered in the warranty and if there's an issue that isn't covered in the warranty you have 24hrs to make us aware so we can fix it! Ha!. Seriously people beware!

Awful! Avoid at all costs, my partner got a car from this garage and its had nothing but problems! And when we try to go through the garage to get it sorted they mess us about saying they will look into it and we heard nothing! Please avoid at all costs!

One star is far too goodfor them they sold a car to a person I know and they said they would fix a few bits on it. They took it in and had the car for 3 days and did not fix it but they just fobbed them off but it had been driven around somewhere during this time a fuel had been used with no explination. Now sometimes it starts and other times it does not not start. It is still under warranty just but not very hopeful they will actually sort the problem as previously they did not share where the car was being fixed. Shop else where for a car at a garage service that cares about customers and customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! We bought a car from them, and after getting it back home, it went straight into the garage because it started clunking. We should have taken notice of the other reviews, and not bought from them. However, we inspected the car as best we could, and believed it would be OK. When we checked the MOT for the car online we could see that it had passed an MOT recently, but there were advisories on it. These included an oil leak, worn brakes, and a steering rack issue. When expressing these concerns over the phone on enquiry, we were told that the car would be put through another MOT prior to purchase, and that all these issues would be fixed. THESE WERE LIES. When we arrived to look at the car, we could see instantly see that the brakes had not been changed. We were concerned about this, but were told that the other issues had been fixed, and they would give us new brakes for free to fit at our leisure. As we liked the car, we decided to buy it. BIG MISTAKE. The car had been put through another MOT, and online it showed that all the advisories had disappeared. Since it has been to our trusted garage, we have been told that none of these issues had been fixed, which means their garage has fudged the MOT, and allowed a dangerous car to be on the road. I am currently in the process of reporting this dealer to the DVSA Intelligence Unit for selling dangerous vehicles. I really hope people read this and take notice, as I wish we had done with the previous bad reviews.
