Thank you for your excellent service given by Sam and Matthew. Came in and exchanged our car for a van. It was delivered from Sheffield,told it would be ready the following week but the whole process was completed in the same week. Very efficent members of staff made us feel truly valued. Had to take van back after a few days as we had not noticed a small break in the rear light. At the time of collecting the van it was pouring with rain. Communication between San and us was outstanding. Took van back in and was greeted with another helpful member of staff Jack who is sorting out the issues with the van. Reliable and helpful staff.

I picked and paid a deposit on a car over a week ago booked to collect on the 19th April. I arrived at Peterborough motorpoint had a look around the car it was all good apart from a dent in the bumper and the fron wing the salesman was not aware of these dents even though the car had just been cleaned i was told at least 48 hours to be sorted by a man in a van with dent removal tools . I was offered a tank of fuel or delivery of the car after 48 hours I had to pay delivery of which I declined I have cancelled the order . It is beyond me how these dents were missed on a 27,000 car . These dents were not mentioned in the add . An afternoon wasted to a second rate car supermarket never again . I advise pay a premium and use a specialist dealer if your buying a car less than 3 years old . Unbelievably not even an apology or reason was offered . They took my deposit immediately but can only be returned within 5 working days . Double glazing salesman would not disguise imperfections in a product but a motorpoint salesman will .
