Bought vw Touran from Billton motors recently. Car needed few minor things when we had a look at it but everything was sorted within couple of days! Very friendly and honest staff. No one has pushed us to do anything and we could test drive car alone. When they say they will do something - you can be sure it will get done properly. Easy, straightforward deal which me and my partner are very happy about. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new good car. Thanks.

Bought a car from them which developed a serious problem within days, which in fairness, they did pay for to be fixed under their 3 month warranty. Since then, in that first three months, this car has developed several problems that needed repairing and they refused to sort the first of those and have ignored all other contact with regards to these faults. Every time I use the car it develops another fault it seems. Wouldnt use them again. Two star rating is only for the initial fault being paid for.

I bought a Golf from Billton motors today, they were extremely helpful and very kind and understanding. They were fast to answer any questions and concerns I had and made wonderful attempts to help with any queries. Overall I had a great experience with this company and would definitely recommend them
