We needed a van in a hurry and found one on Ebay through Cars-4-u Peterborough, dealt with Jay and bought the van without looking, very helpful and we managed to pick up the van ready to work the next day, unfortunately the engine warning light came on while working away so had to get a re-set in the local garage to get it out of limp mode, once back at home we took the van to our usual garage and it came up with a faulty EGR valve, I contacted Jay and explained that I was not happy about this so soon after purchasing the van and I did assume I had been ripped off with them just re-setting fault codes and then selling the van and hoping for the best, Jay assured me that this wasn't the case and as I had taken out a warranty with the van ( at extra cost ) I should use this to get it repaired, we took it to our usual garage and they put in a claim for the repairs, the claim was turned down by the warranty people citing that it was not part of the cover( typical) I again contacted Jay and explained this, he promptly agreed to get it sorted and booked it in with his mechanic who was not to far from us, it was ready for us to collect after a few hr's and so far all ok. Fair play.

Really bad the car i got luckily is fine but the pure lies he says about cambelt has been done and the when check all the paper work it's not there needless to say I've still not proof of the cambelt being changed and water pump 4 months later ignores every message 7,000 for the car
