We were looking for a new car after our was stolen. Spoke with carworld about an Audi A4 and given we were travelling from Leeds by train we asked for complete honesty as to the cars condition. We were assured the car was in good condition with minor age related wear and tear. When we arrived this was far from the case and the car had dents, chips and scratches to the windows. The sales rep claimed not to have seen these. Needless to say we didnt buy the car and then had to pay for return tickets to Leeds. Emailed them to express our frustration and ask for them for a gesture of good will given the expenses we had incurred which they refused to do instead offering 190 discount on a car we didnt want!! I wouldnt make a special trip to view any vehicle unless you are local!

You do need to get sales person who knows how to talk to customers . We agreed to buy a car with 12.990k and your sales man dropped the deal cos we ask him to service the car before we taking it . Shocking customer service

I was looking for a new car for a few weeks. Popped in to Carworld. The whole team were very helpful, from the young lady on the front desk to everyone in the sales team. They were not pushy. Rav in particular took the time to explain about about the two models of car that I was interested in, and he did not push me towards the most expensive model. I look his advice and brought a lovely car. It was located at another Carworld down the road, but I'm grateful for Rav's help for pointing me in the right direction.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. No manners whatsoever. Was given wrong information about pricing and car, and when asked about it was being challenged like it was a crime. Would never go back there again and would advise everyone to stay away if they wish to be treated with respect.

I made the mistake of ignoring the 1 star reviews here. Do not take a risk on this place. They dont respond to complaints, there is no aftersales support, their RAC warranty doesnt apply to all their cars but they use it as a selling point anyway, they wont budge on price and offer low trade in prices. The car I bought is dangerous to drive and they havent responded to a single email since the money was transferred Over 4 weeks of calls, emails, constant chasing to get them to even reply to fix the issue. Unbelievably bad service
