1 Stop Car Sales

Bad experience. Not happy with service provided after purchased car .i have discussed on the phone already and been told " wear and tear" and nothing can be done even after paying for additional 15 months warranty. I'm also still waiting for replacement part for me to fit myself 3 weeks and counting Overall not happy

One of the best car sales company you will visit. The staff are amazing and have in depth knowledge of all the vehicles available. You get treated with respect, they give you all the time you need and answer all your questions in no time. Go visit the show room, you will not be disappointed.

First of all I have to say that Lee is a pretty decent guy that worked with me to get the car delivered all the way to Devon, but I have a few things to complain about so hear me out, I bought a BMW 6 series with quiet a few miles and did not expect it to be in mint condition but I've been told otherwise, been told the car is in showroom condition. Car got delivered on a Wednesday around 19:00, couldn't really inspect it much as it was pretty dark and cloudy, at first glance the car looked great, a few chips here and there but I can live with that, the following day I inspected it further and I realized that the wheels are in awful condition, someone resprayed them with probably a halfords spray paint, the calipers too, I mean why even bother to make them look "better" if you're not doing it right? The driver seat also had a weird goo on it, tried to clean it but not much success, went to the local detail shop and been told that someone attempted to "fix" the leather recently but whoever did it didn't allow time for the dye to cure or something like that, looks a bit weird and black dye comes off it, the car also had no floor mats and the OEM mats are 180 quid, not cheap, the interior was extremely dirty and I mean DIRTY, the parcel shelf had about 1 inch of dust and in between the interior trims and seats there was food and other nasty stuff, cleaned pretty well though, that cost me 110 quid, the car does drive nice and I like it but disappointed in the fact that they did not disclose the issues, would I buy from them again or recommend them to anyone? Probably not..

Brought a vehicle for 14000, drove home many hours to find 2 tyres on legal limit, they quote all cars to be sold with 3mm and above, only one tyre was above 3mm, just, recored phone calls saying they would replace them at there cost, one month in nothing, they have offered 150 as they fit used tyres, note this vehicle has 20" tyres and I can't buy 1 tyre for that, THEY NOW PUT THE PHONE DOWN WHEN WE CALL.THEM, THIS VEHICLE WAS MEANT TO HABE THERE 114 POINT CHECK BEFORE SELLING STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS THEY SELL NONE CHECKED VEHICLES, DONT EVEN DO THE MOT ADVISORYS, TELL LIES ON RECORED PHONE CALLS

One of the best places to buy a car from and Lee is a very friendly helpful man brilliant team will definitely use 1 stop car shop in the future will definitely recommend them
