Some time ago I had an unpleasant opportunity to work for this company at the Peterborough headquarters. First of all, I had nothing in writing. There was only a written amount in the contract and nothing else. I was promised 32,000 a year for 48 hours of work a week, and in fact, to get the promised amount, I had to work 50-60 hours a week. Many times I was called to work at 4 am and then I been waiting 2 hours for loading and it was the same with unloading. In addition, I had to wash my truck myself, i.e. additional working hours still for the same 32,000 a year. In fact, it was 9.50-10.50 an hour. They kept workers at work as much as possible. The routes were unequal by the hour. Some (a few) started at 7.00 am and finished at 3.00 pm, while others started at 4.00 am and finished at 6.00 pm, still for the same money. Tons of papers to be filled with everything (do not think it was electronic system). There was a lot of manual work, no lift in the truck, and manual pumptracks.
