        Really disappointed!! had test on Friday with next day results, its 12pm Sunday and still no result!!!! and i cant get hold of anyone!! extremely stressful - Do not use!! no idea what to do now as leaving in 4 hrs!!!!!!

        Daughter had a fast turnaround Day 2 PCR this morning so she could get back to university a.s.a.p. Result delivered by 7.30 pm, excellent service.

        Absolutely terrible. Day 2 test took more than 4 days to receive the results for. When I queried this they were rude and abrupt. Use any other possible company, do not use NL Clinic.

        Poor customer service. Accepted my booking a week in advance for same day PCR results then called and left a message the day prior saying they couldn't provide the service. Called back and they said yes they could but when I showed up for the appointment they again said they couldn't. Still had to take the test and they promised a refund for the price difference. Still haven't received the refund and when I call (once I finally got ahold of somebody) nobody seems to be able to provide any real answers. Understand the limitations of their system but they should not accept bookings they can't fill and those that answer their phones should be able to provide some sort of answers.
