They do not have travel covid test anymore they adviced me to go to another doctor and gave me the address and it was a house address not clinic . Very suspicious . Also I tried to call and they never answer

I would not recommend their service, they are terrible at answering the phones, I tried to call to speak to someone to change the date 5 times and there was no answer so I just ended up booking another date on line as my child had already had her first vaccination and needed her second, when the text came through I called the pharmacy directly to change the date, they told me their systems were down. I got there today and their systems were still down and they said they could not check the bookings. I said surely you wrote the booking dowb manually as they were down when I spoke with you. The pharmacist said they had told city doc not to send them anymore bookings until the issues were resolved. The whole experience did not fill me with any confidence bearing in mind this was for a chicken pox vaccination for my child. I could say some other things but I will leave it as I do not recommend them.
