Day before planned transport of car, text to confirm if delivery was still ok; asked to see copy of insurance for car transport and if there were any issues for me to drive the car on to the trailer and have an engineer at the garage drive it off. Response was rude and unnecessary; saying I was a "hard person to deal with and that no-one would let me drive my own car onto a trailer and that they wouldn't take the job - good luck!" I have driven my car on to a trailer with other companies. With respect, this person can think whatever they like but I personally don't think what I was asking for was anything difficult and even if you think I'm difficult, you don't need to say that, be rude and totally unprofessional. I was not rude or difficult to you but I now doubt that you have insurance.
